Matkovich Golf Course Maintenance is one of the only contract companies that own approximately 90% of the equipment used at its 14 golf course maintenance operations. We consider ourselves as more suited to maintain the equipment than any other maintenance company. We view equipment as an asset, whereas other companies which mostly, or entirely only manage equipment on the client’s behalf, view equipment as a liability that needs to be replaced on an agreed schedule which is normally less than the expected equipment life.

By and large mechanics as a trade has become undervalued in recent years, as have trades in general.

As such at MGCM we have focused in on this area of expertise and have successfully developed a true preservation service to the golf course maintenance equipment. The final result being that we are able to extend the real-life span of almost any piece of equipment.

We provide the following equipment offerings

Equipment Supply

We primary supply equipment as part of an overall golf course maintenance contract where clients receive the benefits of equipment life extension while at the same time mitigating the risk of R/$ fluctuation and escalating repair and maintenance costs.

Full Fleet Rental

Full fleet rental inclusive of full mechanical support with the benefit of equipment life extension while at the same time mitigating the risk of R/$ fluctuation and escalating repair and maintenance costs.

Rental

The rental of a limited number of pieces of equipment. Mechanical support would be assessed on a case by case basis.

Equipment Sales

Equipment sales through either a direct sale or a rent to own agreement.
