Matkovich Golf Course Maintenance offers a full maintenance contract service including the supply of all equipment and personnel that are necessary for such a specialised service. More recently however due to changing market conditions and the need for specialised and affordable turf services, we have expanded our offerings to include for all turf facilities. Our senior management team as well as line management have experience and competencies in related turf maintenance and construction fields.

Specialised Turf Construction and Reconstruction:

We focus on the construction and reconstruction of all-natural turf playing surfaces including rugby fields, netball courts, cricket pitches, bowling greens, athletics tracks and stadiums. We are able to offer complete turnkey services that range from design to grassing. Included are the various competencies that are also available as stand-alone services such as project management, earthworks, drainage installation, laser levelling, irrigation, seedbed preparation and grassing.

Specialised Turf Maintenance:

Apart from the full contract maintenance service that we are able to offer all turf facilities now, we also provide once off seasonal treatments that require specialist turf maintenance equipment. The reality is that with the cost of equipment, it is impossible for every sporting facility to own all the specialized equipment that is so necessary to provide high quality playing fields. Matkovich has over the years built up on of the largest fleets of specialised turf maintenance equipment in South Africa, giving you the ability to effect key maintenance practices that the professionals use to get these quality results.
